Are spare parts available?

Typically, if you can remove a part we can replace it. Refer to www.cutabovetools.com.au/spare-parts-info for spare parts.

Are your products guaranteed?

CutAbove, G.F. and Vesco products have a two-year warranty. Makita products have a three-year warranty that can be extended free of charge to five years when registered online with Makita.

Can I get assistance with choosing the right product?

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes, if it has not already been shipped so don’t leave it too long. Phone 0403 128 500 or email sales@cutabovetools.com.au as soon as possible.

Can I track my order?

Yes, if you supply your email we will enter it into the Australia Post or couriers’ system and they will provide consignment details for you to track.

Do you offer Trade or Wholesale pricing?

Yes, if you are in the gardening or landscaping scene and have an ABN we provide a 10% discount. If you are a retail business (such as a Garden Centre) and wish to stock our products please contact us for wholesale pricing.

How do I place an order?

Is it safe to order online from your website?

Yes, all payment details go through encrypted payment gateways such as Stripe (credit cards) or Paypal. We have no visibility to your financial details.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we do not typically ship overseas, however are happy to provide a quotation as required.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If we receive your order by noon each day we will attempt to dispatch it that day via Australia Post or preferred courier. The order will be dispatched from Sydney so your location will be the deciding factor.

What are your shipping options?

Smaller items are shipped via Australia Post. We are limited by the number of couriers who handle items between 105cm and 200cm. We typically use two couriers to compare costs.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use specialised companies such as Stripe (credit cards) or Paypal to encrypt and accept payment. We do not have access to your details. We do not share your personal details with any third party./p>

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment online via debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) OR Paypal. For phone orders we can provide electronic funds transfer details.
